I missed Bill's passing and I deeply regret that. We went way back to cub scouts. We went to his uncle's farm for a scout outing and that remains one of my favorite memories.
Fast forward..4th of July (I think) year unknown but I think after high school--At Bill's uncle's farm again (I think) shooting a black powder cannon that Bill constructed..who else was there?
fast forward--1 year after hi school..we are in the 2 room shack and Bill is playing banjo..with someone..Coleman, Robert Jenkins, probably Kent, and some others were there. Someone, probably Coleman, bumped a switch and the amps in the room came on and generated interference. Bell and the other banjo player exploded--got mad and yelled that is.
Fast forward again..class reunion Sat. afternoon in the park..Bill drives across the park in a model T. That was I think the last time I saw him..We will all miss him.

Sure, I remember him, as I always will. I am really shocked about his passing. Really a good man.
