DONNA BOREN, I remember her when we were all in school. The next time I saw her, I had exited the U.S. Navy, signed on with the Denton Police Department, and saw her in the communications section, a dispatcher. After six years at the Denton Police Department, I moved on to the Sheriff's Department, and guess who I saw sitting at the Dispatcher console? You guessed it, DONNA.
I have never served with a more intelligent police dispatcher. She had a sense of knowing when things were going to happen before they happened. She was the best.
